The room itself was spacious and well-appointed, with all the amenities I could ask for, including air conditioning, a mini-bar, and free Wi-Fi. Additionally, the hotel offered a wide range of dining options, including a restaurant and snack bar, where I enjoyed delicious meals and refreshing drinks. The spa and wellness center was also a highlight, with a jacuzzi and massage services that provided the ultimate relaxation after a long day of exploring.

Very pleasant atmosphere, spacious bathroom, good extensive breakfast, very good location

Good location in the middle of Östersund. Breakfast was rich and there is also a small spa with sauna and whirlpools.

Unfortunately it is not possible to regulate the ventilation in the rooms without windows.

The hotel is conveniently located, and the breakfast was satisfying. The old theatre atmosphere was interesting, but the room lacked charm and was noisy due to the road outside. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

Just what I need, a noisy room with crumbing furniture. Perfect for a restful stay.

We loved the historic feel of the hotel in the old theatre, its central location within walking distance to everything, and the good service from the staff. The breakfast was diverse and fulfilling, with fresh orange juice and good tea. The hotel facilities, such as the 24/7 reception, free covered parking, and unique style and atmosphere, made for a pleasant stay.

Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Food in the restaurant was outstanding.

I do not like the use of duvets on beds. They are much too warm for sleeping.
